Elizabeth Apienti is a Sophomore at Hen Hud. This is her first year in The Anchor. Outside of the Newspaper, Elizabeth is a member of the Debate Team, HOSA, Mathletes, and Yearbook. When she’s not in school, she enjoys watching k-dramas, knitting, reading and listening to music.
