WESTCHESTER, New York – Since the beginning of the year, our photographers have been on the lookout for outstanding outfits at Hendrick Hudson. Each week, a winner was voted on by the student body for the best fit.

1/03-01/08: Rexx stood out this week with his Mets inspired look. The fit consisted of a black long sleeved top reading QUEENS in classic Mets colors, royal blue and bright orange. On the bottom, he wore a pair of black cargo pants with a subtle orange and blue tab below the waist. The best part of the look has to be how Rexx accessorized it. A simple chain was added as well as a pair of blocky black sunglasses. Some contrast was added with a pair of white Adidas Originals XPLRs.  The highlight accessory is Rexx’s bag. Crafted by his older brother Ben, the bag has a bright orange strap, and is composed of deep blue leather with a Mets patch front and center.

01/09-01/17: Mohamed stood out this week with his bright blue dress pants. The pants were contrasted with a deep brown belt. Blue elements continued down to his sneakers and details on his button down. The fit was toned down by a short sleeve neutral-colored button down. The top was decorated with a natural print in blue, brown, forest green, and pale purple. Put together, the fit gives an air of professionalism while still maintaining a stylish flair.

01/18-01/22: Lamar stood out this week with a matching set in red and white. The set was a pair of matching sweats with a splatter pattern. The look incorporated white and coral colored splatters on a deep red fabric. The outfit was from Under Armour and was a hoodie over sweats. The look was accessorized with a pair of basic black leather sneakers.

01/30-02/05: Victor sported a baggy-styled outfit, representative of casual streetwear. On the top, he wore an oversized, cream-colored t-shirt that peeked out from under an oversized pale blue Lacoste V-neck sweater. This paired nicely with a pair of tan, loose-style cargo pants that complemented the color of his top. Victor sported a classic pair of Chuck Taylor’s, high tops that were partially covered by the bottom hem of his cargos. The color scheme adds a subtle pop to a seemingly neutral outfit, adding some personality to his outfit.

02/06-02/12: Valentina sported a baggy-styled outfit, representative of casual streetwear. On the top, she wore a black and red striped oversized sweater, hinting at some 90s flair. The oversized silhouette was carried throughout, seen with her wide fit black jeans and Air Force 1s. The muted, dark colors paired nicely in a grungy-winter fit. The look was subtly accessorized with a simple necklace with a round, golden pendant.

02/13-02/19: Owen sported a simple, slightly oversized black t-shirt. This was matched over trendy navy cargo pants. The show game was kept simple with a pair of plain black Nikes. In a very current style, Owen also matched his headphones, an accessory on the rise, to his t-shirt, black on black. Though it is a simple fit, it was very well received by the student body, representative of popular teen trends.

03/06-03/17: Owen sported a simple, slightly oversized black t-shirt. This was matched over trendy navy cargo pants.

Hen Hud had some amazing wardrobes this season, but we’d like to congratulate the winner for Fit of the Season: Victor Delgado. Keep serving great fits!
