This recipe is for two servings.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of sourdough
- 1 can of tuna
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 apple
- 1 avocado
- 2 celery sticks
- shredded cheddar
- tomato(optional)
Instructions:
- preheat toaster oven to 400°
- drain canned tuna and scoop into bowl
- add ¼ cup mayonnaise and mix
- dice apple into small cubes and put into tuna bowl
- cut avocado in half, take out pit
- slice avocado in vertical and horizontal lines to make cubes and scoop into tuna bowl
- slice both sticks of celery into semi-circle pieces and put into tuna bowl
- mix together the tuna, mayo, apple, avocado, and celery with a spoon
- toast your two slices of sourdough
- once toasted, spread tuna mix onto both slices of bread
- put the desired amount of shredded cheddar on top of the tuna mix
- put tuna melt into toaster oven at 400°, add sliced tomato on top, and enjoy!
