The most magical time of the year is just around the corner, and the air is filled with excitement for the upcoming season. It’s time to don your frosty, fantastical outfits! This is the time of year when wintery-fashionable clothes seem to emerge from the snowy ground.
Even during the cold weather, people find creative ways to stay fashionable while also keeping warm. A solution for many people is layering! As you can see from the photo above and down below, both Makayala Singleton, a sophomore, and Monica Marano, a junior, are caught strutting in beautiful, layered, wintery wonderland outfits.
“It took me about six minutes to put this outfit together,” said Monica. All she did was “pick items that match” but also style her ensemble in a way that could make her feel “really cozy…and cute”. Her inspiration came from popular platforms like pinterest and instagram but even with those networks she managed to pull off a wintery cozy look..
Makayla told us that this theme was her perfect “chance” as she had a winter skirt just tucked away in her closet, ready to be worn. She also remarked that it only took her around “fifteen minutes” to piece the outfit together.
Both girls managed to look their best against the wintry weather. This shows us that it only takes a bit of time out of one’s day to look fashionable.
